Service & Maintenance Division

The Fenhams Service and Maintenance division has a highly skilled workforce of engineers who service and maintain all of the major different types of boilers currently on the market. Whether for private customers, landlords or local authorities we are dedicated to providing a friendly professional service, quality up to date products, giving value for money and excellent customer service at all times. All our operatives are trained in Customer Care and will introduce and identify themselves at all times.

 

Customer care is everything to Fenhams, we will service and maintain each and every system with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the householder. We will ensure we leave everything as we found it and will dispose of any waste safely and securely. We attend in excess of 128,000 homes per annum from servicing to gas escapes and purge and relight after gas mains renewal. We also manage gas servicing on a large scale for Local authorities and ALMO’s, tracking annual service dates and issuing the appropriate certificates.
