Decent Homes Division 

The UK Government is committed to bringing all property owned and managed by local councils up to the Decent Homes standard by 2010. As part of this Government initiative, Fenhams Contracts is passionate about helping people in social housing not only meet, but exceed the Decent Homes standard by 2010. Whether working with local Government fund holders or the specified Management Company we can provide a wide range of services for both interior and exterior works. We perform and Manage the majority of work ourselves, where we cannot all our sub-contractors are carefully selected and their work continually quality audited.

 

At Fenhams Contracts we are dedicated to providing a friendly professional service, quality up to date products, giving value for money and excellent customer service at all times. All our operatives are trained in Customer Care and will perform all work to the highest standard with the minimum of disruption to the tenants or Householders.
